Weekday Private Room Rental

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Yes! While we provide the pizza, snacks and drinks for the kids you are more than welcome to bring in your own food and drinks!  Alcohol is not permitted during parties, and is only permitted during special events.


    We can certainly add more pizza to your package for an additional price! We offer pepperoni, cheese, meat lovers, and a veggie pizza.  The end of Wednesday, the week of your party, is the last day you can add additional pizzas.


    We don’t offer decorations, but we do offer party supplies. Tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, and utensils in solid primary colors! (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple).  If you are bringing decorations, we will provide the tape that you can use to hang the decor on our walls.


    You may decorate your own party rooms!  The wall with the "go play" logo must not be decorated.  Pinatas, and any other similar decorations are not allowed.  Any decorations you provide must be hung using the masking tape we provide (just ask your party host if you need more!).  Balloons must be kept inside of the party rooms at all times.  You may not move ceiling tiles or any other permanent fixtures such as cabinets or TV's.  A damage deposit of $30 may be assessed if any of these rules are broken.  


    We do not allow outside entertainment for parties.


    Not necessarily, you can start off with a rough estimate when you book. We’ll give you a call and email two (2) weeks before your scheduled party and ask for a final head count on kids and adults. 


    Nothing! Our 1 and 2 party rooms are exactly the same! If you are booking the larger party room, it’s our go gym room during weekdays that we can transform for parties on weekends! 


    Any child under the age of 6 months does not count towards the kid count, however they still count towards the capacity for our rooms. 


    The party package you are paying for includes 10 kids. If you have more than 10 kids it’s an additional $30 per child. However, the final head count (both kids and adults) needs to be less than or exactly the capacity limit for our rooms. (25 guests total, 15 kids max for party room 1 & 2 , and 40 guests total, 30 kids max for our larger room).  The package is a minimum price, meaning if there are less than 10 kids the price is the same. $420 party room 1 & 2 and $520 for large room.


    The 15 minutes after the 2 hour party is for cleanup of personal items and check out at the front desk. If the party room is not emptied by the 15 minutes after the party time, there will be a $30 late fee assessed for every 15 minutes thereafter.


    We require a 30-day notice for any cancellations for you to be eligible to receive your deposit back.  You will be able to reschedule the party if you are canceling within the 30-day window.

    You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time to setup decor, only using the tape we provide you.  When the party guests arrive, they will give their name to the party host to make sure everyone has a waiver signed and then they will be given a bracelet.  Once they are checked in they will be brought back to the party room where they will takes shoes off and have socks on to play.  All guests, even adults, must take shoes off and wear socks (we have socks for purchase for $3.00 at the front desk for any adults that forgot socks).  The first 1.5 hours will be for the children to play and then the last 30 minutes will be for pizza, cake/dessert and/or refreshments.  The party host will stay in the room to assist during these last 30 minutes to help have the party go smoothly.  During and after the last 30 minutes the children may not go back on the play floor or structures.  We ask that once the party time has expired the guests start to pack up and put shoes on.  The host will assist with bringing any items to your vehicles and will start to clean the room.  The 15 minutes after the party is for cleanup of personal items and check out at the front desk. If the party room is not emptied by the 15 minutes after the party time, there will be a $30 late fee assessed for every 15 minutes thereafter.
